Nursery-XI: Student Withdrawal and/or Transport Change
request for session 2017-2018

Dear Parent,

As we approach the end of the current academic year, our planning for the next session is underway. To initiate the process of re-organization of sections, we request parents to inform us of any planned transfers/withdrawals before 24th February 2017. This would help us expedite the refund and clearance process.

The student withdrawal request form is available on the parent portal (

It is a school policy to give one-month notice for withdrawal requests. Any withdrawal application received after the last date will be processed only on payment of next session’s annual fee and 1st quarter fee.

Also, we are in the process of planning transport requirement for all bus routes before the commencement of the next session. As a first step any new transport requests from existing non transport users is being undertaken (Note: existing transport users need not to apply again). Also we request all parents to keep us updated on withdrawals of school transport or shifting of residence (Route change request). Please find below details regarding the same:

  1. Please note that school transport is not available in old Gurgaon, beyond NH8 and West of Sohna Road. For further clarifications please contact Mr. Anand Bhardwaj Transport Manager (9818401300).
  2. To opt/withdraw/route change request of transport, you are required to submit the Transport Request Form/ Transport Withdrawal Form/Transport Change Request form through parent portal of the ERP by 24th February 2017. Before you begin, please read the instruction sheet carefully. You are requested to kindly login using the given link ( or from the school’s web site through the Parent Zone using your credentials sent earlier.
  3. Parents seeking bus facility for their wards should confirm the suitability of bus routes from the Transport Manager.
  4. The planning of routes will be done on the basis of these forms and we may not be in a position to process transport requests received after 24th February 2017.
  5. The transport allotment will be confirmed by 28th February. The one-time transport security of Rs. 25000/- will be payable once the seat is confirmed.
  6. The quarterly transport fee will be payable along with the tuition fee in the month of April 2017. We will keep you informed about the same.

Following the above guidelines would enable an early refund and also help us in the re-organization of transport routes. As per school policy, a one-month notice period is mandatory for school transport withdrawal.
